Types of survey offered:

  • Level 2 - Home Buyer Report is suitable for most properties built after 1900 - the report will include comment on roof/loft issues, damp/rot/beetle infestation, subsidence/movement issues, together with a visual inspection of the services. A valuation and insurance assessment are also included.
  • Level 3 - Full Building Survey which covers the above, plus includes far more detail regarding future maintenance items, outbuildings, boundary walls and legal matters. The Building Survey is usually more appropriate for pre-1900 constructed buildings.
