We did indeed go with Day & Co.The house sold after 13 days, Chris Day came on the Tuesday, took the Photo's and details. Our House went for sale the following Day, Right Move at mid day, the sign was put in the garden by 13-00pm. The following Sunday we had 3 viewings. We felt confident in letting Day & Co have a key whilst we went on holiday this last week, they promised to contact us with any updates. True to their word they texted to say they had a viewing and a return viewing, on Monday of this week they rang me in Spain and we recieved an offer that was acceptable to both myself and my wife.
